By the way, I forget to remind someone which encounter this problem, the new uevent/udev is introduced in 2.6.16+ kernels, so the 2.6.15-27 kernel in the dapper archive doesn't suffer this problem.
This problem is quite serious, it will make fatal damage to your laptop SATA hard drive.
