Oh yeah, my laptop has an AMD Turion 64 (ML-37), I'm running with noapic option (doesn't make a difference if it's passed or not). I saw using dmesg that the error is complaining about these guys:

[...]
0000:00:04.0 PCI Bridge: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 5a36
0000:00:05.0 PCI Bridge: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 5a37

I believe that's my PCI Express54 slot...maybe.
