Steps:
1. Cold boot laptop
2. Suspend laptop
3. Resume
4. Second, minutes, hours, etc pass...
5. Suspend laptop

Expected:
Laptop will suspend

Actual:
Similar to previous reports: laptop enters half-suspended state where it is unresponsive and must be powered off by holding down power button. 100% reproducible.
