I take back my previous comment (#70). Suspend-to-ram is still broken on ThinkPad X32. What looks bizarre to me is that suspend-to-disk no longer works reliably as well. The first suspend-to-disk works well. But later attempts can only yield a dimmed LCD and a password prompt.
Running linux-image-2.6.17-10-generic (version 2.6.17-10.33) on ThinkPad X32.
