I have an other ubuntu installed on an other partition (my backup system) where the new kernel boots just fine.
After investigation i found out it´s _all and only_ my fault.
The mistake was a wrong grub entry.
So exuse me please for for this mistake and wasting your time.
I set the bugreport to resolved.
