Ben Collins fix proved right,

removed acpi_sbs, i2c_acpi_ec and this seemed to fix this problem

put the modules in modprobe blacklist

/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

add these two lines

blacklist acpi_sbs
blacklist i2c_acpi_ec
