Andi, it happens with the 386 kernel - the one that gets installed by default by FL6. Initially, only one processor is showing.
For now, I removed the I2O controller - because it seems that even SUSE 10 has issues (actually, the only distribution that handles it correctly seems to be Mandriva 2006).
I will wait until there is a formal bugfix, then I could try again.
