Also I did not ask for "cat /sys/bus/scsi", I asked for "ls /sys/bus/scsi"

I need you to follow instructions precisely, trying to short-cut it means you will miss information out that I need. Do not assume that information is irrelevant, because if you knew how to fix this and what was relevant, you would not need my help to fix it.

At the ALERT prompt, please do the following commands, noting down the output precisely on a piece of paper, then provide it in this bug report:

cat /proc/modules (I only need the module names here)
ls /sys/bus/scsi/devices
ls /sys/class/scsi_device
ls /sys/block
