Since my last comment, I did some changes:

I did append intel_iommu=off to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT and it seems to help. My laptop is responding faster now to command.

When internet is not working (showing network, but not responding) I use this command and it fix the issue (I don't think it will fix the issue permanently): sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager

The only thing that I have been unable to fix so far is the resolution of the main monitor that is still look like it is diluted and not clear.
