ltmodem works in 2.6.24.12-14-386 and 2.6.24.12-15-386, it does not work in 2.6.24.12-16-386.

Hardware drivers for the modem are shown and detected in 14 & 15, 16 shows "No proprietary drivers are in use on this system".
