I don't think that the driver has reached the repositories yet, you need to download the driver from ati but it is easy to install, just download the package, then do
chmod a+x ati-driver-installer-8-5-x86.x86_64.run
sudo ./ati-driver-installer-8-5-x86.x86_64.run

Just answer yes to everything and you are done.
