At least there is http://ati.cchtml.com/show_bug.cgi?id=739 -- but there is no official bug tracker, only an unofficial one which is not used by ATI employees.

I think it's hard to debug this as my machine is dead when it tries to suspend. Network is down and the display is black with a blinking cursor.
