Attached is screenshot of System Monitor. I had no other programs open at the time. CPU1 will be running at 100% utilization and then the computer would freeze for 20+ seconds and then CPU2 would be running at 100% utilization and it keeps on switching back and forth with freezes in between.

On my Acer notebook, I am unable to disable onboard LAN from BIOS.
