According to http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/100.14.11/README/appendix-a.html 100.14.11 (as you have mentioned) supports your card so this is effectively a request for 100.14.11 to be available. Closing as a duplicate of Bug #120943. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
