My Z61m with INTEL (!) GMA 950 graphics card suspends to RAM and resumes with newest kernel 2.6.22-12. Gnome-Power-Manager still reports problems after resume but the system keeps running now. It seems to be stable - I did 2 suspend to RAM and resumes and still work with it.

For me it looks like if system suspends too early. If I interpret syslog right, suspend finishes until after powering system on again and then it starts resuming!?
