Your query is a support question so you need to ask in it the appropriate place - a bug tracker is NOT an appropriate place (so don't follow up here!). I recommend asking that question over on https://answers.launchpad.net/ , on the mailing lists/forums or in IRC (there is a list of places to get support on http://www.ubuntu.com/support/CommunitySupport ). There are no guarantees but you are far more likely to succeed in getting support from those other places than here. I hope this helps...
