ok I can trouble shoot what exactally made the monitor work but I added all these commands:
Option "UseEDID" "FALSE"
Option "UseEDIDFreqs" "FALSE"
    Option "UseEDIDDpi" "FALSE"
    Option "ModeValidation" "NoEdidModes"

before the hoz and vert sync rates for the monitor not working.
Now it works correctly
