To the best of my knowledge there is no firmware for the NVIDIA binary drivers (when you say firmware I assume small pieces of code that have to uploaded into the a given device before that device will function at all. An example of this is the firmware for Intel wireless cards that needs to be uploaded to the device before the driver can use the device).
