Update (proposed) for Ubuntu-Budgie 21.10 Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB.

config.txt in kms-mode
Screen without Audio plugged to HDMI1
Audio over BT-Loudspeaker

Video and audio run synchronously in kms mode. Without issue.
Bug is fixed.
Test in Mozilla Firefox. Video and audio run synchronously in kms mode without issue.
