Bug Description

[Impact]
Add Intel Comet Lake PCH-H PCI ID to the list of supported controllers.

[Fix]
Add Intel Comet Lake PCH-H PCI ID to the list of supported controllers.

[test]

[Regression Potential]
Low. Just add a PCI id for the sata/ahci raid.

== Original ==
As Ubuntu 20.04 AHCI driver doesn’t include comet lake PCH-H RAID support
{ PCI_VDEVICE(INTEL, 0x06d6), board_ahci }, /* Comet Lake PCH-H RAID */

If Thinkstation P340 configured as RAID mode, It can not find any RAID volume disk.
please update such support. Thanks.

Jiqi.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal' to 'verification-done-focal'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal' to 'verification-failed-focal'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

A quick update here. After running the test on the following build, the symptom still can be observed. If test config configured as RAID mode, the system can not find any disk. Moreover, after rolling back the change (RAID -> AHCI), the system ran the recovery process instead of booting into the desktop.

# Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "AHCI" mode in BIOS (Boot to BIOS, "Devices" => "Configure SATA as" : AHCI)
2. Boot up the system
3. Reboot the system and then enter the BIOS
4. Change the to "RAID"
5. Save the config and then boot up the system
6. Check if the system can boot to the desktop

# Expected result:
The system can boot to the Desktop

# Actual result:
The system froze during startup

# Build info:
- Kernel version: 5.6.0.1020 (5.6.0-1020.20ubuntu1.lp1888311 ): Failed
- Kernel version: 5.6.0.1021 (focal-amd64-X00-20200821-272.iso): Failed
- Kernel version: 5.6.0.1028 (5e125d13371b3049d238a4bf5f2108bfbfe8a900): Failed

Koba and I got together to discuss and investigate the issue within this week and last week. It seems to us that there is something wrong with the OEM build because the issue can still be observed on OEM build after upgrading the Kernel to 5.6.0.1029. Details are as follows.

# Stock Ubuntu & 5.6.0.1030-oem
  - Test result: Issue cannot be observed. After configuring as RAID mode, the system can boot into the desktop

# OEM build (amd64-X00-20200821-272) & 5.6.0.1030-oem
  - Test result: Issue still can be observed. After configuring as RAID mode, the system cannot boot into the desktop.
