The meta changes which claim to bring back the wireguard provides are insufficient as they do not update gencontrol_flags to actually pass the values in.

bug 1892288 is still unresolved, but since the commit that claimed to fix that only added a pci-id, there's no reason to drop it.. marking verification testing as successful despite this

As this seccomp_bpf failure caused by the linux-libc-dev in proposed (bug 1896008) is only affecting regression-testing. Let's get this going.
