5.10 kernel supports API_MAX is 59 and on the system it uses 55,
I'm wondering if newer firmware fixes this issue.

Please copy the firmware "iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-hr-b0-59.ucode" to /lib/firmware and power cycle. Then check if this issue persists.
