Hi Steve, my comment #12 is saying the firmware in #9 works on the machine in certification lab, so that HWE is doing a SRU [1] to land that firmware.

But that firmware seems not to work for your case(refer to your comment #10 which I missed when commenting #9).

Could you please also provide your dmesg again when for the issue after you applied the firmware from #9 or from [1]
