Prior to version 5.15.0-1008.8, the Tegra out-of-tree modules were built as part of the main kernel build. This caused the module ABI check to fail when the out-of-tree modules were not built in the case where the DKMS package containing these modules is missing.
As of version 5.15.0-1008.8, the out-of-tree modules are built in a separate source package (linux-nvidia-tegra-igx-modules), so the main package build should no longer fail if the out-of-tree modules are not available.
5.15.0-1008.8 is in -updates, so I will mark this as fix released.
