Comment 2 for bug 1211283

The problem has occurred a third time and I have noticed another detail. When I move the mouse pointer around and hover it over the edge of a window, it changes to the resize pointer. However everything else about the screen is stuck. For instance the animation in my Fish the Fish applet remains frozen.
