affects me too.. I have NVIDIA® Quadro® K2100M Graphics 2GB GDDR5 on my config. While installing ubuntu, it complains of following..

nouveau E [DRM] failed to idle channel 0xcccc0000 [DRM]
xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: HC died: cleaning up
