were you able to overwrite /usr/bin/acpidbg?

I am facing the same problem.

dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-tools-common_5.15.0-58.64_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/acpidbg', which is also in package linux-iot-tools-common 5.4.0-1001.3

I tried remove 5.4.0, but was unsuccessful.
