If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.

I have ran and uploaded the output from apport-collect,
BUT this is not on an original ubuntu kernel, as the issue prevents me from booting any of those.
