Bug Description

When upgrading from 5.11.0-44 to any 5.13 or 5.15.0-5x kernel, loading the amdgpu module causes a kernel panic on boot. If I uninstall the linux-modules-extra package or blacklist the amdgpu module in modprobe.d, then I am able to boot. The kernel panic messages scroll a bit too fast for me to capture the output during boot.

My graphics card is an AMG Vega 64.
