Please:

1. Attach a photo of the problem.

2. Log into 'Ubuntu on Wayland' and tell us if the problem persists there.

3. Try booting the latest Ubuntu from USB and tell us if the problem occurs there: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
