When installing ubuntu precise 12.04 beta (up to daily 2012-03-30) on HP DL385g7 server with additional network card (NX chip set) the following files are missing:
phanfw.bin
nx3fwct.bin

There is no such issue with ubuntu sever oneiric 11.10.
