Do you happen to have an AMD GPU? Please attached dmesg to the ticket. Ideally from a failed boot (journalctl -k -b -1 or something like that).

So update to 1.4 then boot into recovery mode and run sudo dmesg is what I need to do? Sorry doing my best here.
