SRU justification:

[Impact]
Add new firmwares of AMD GPU green sardine.

[Fix]
Firmware files are needed by amdgpu in Ubuntu kernel 5.10+ to support new hardware.

[Test]
Verified on hardware with 5.10 kernel. no errors after benchmark and stress test.

[Where problems could occur]
Introducs the new firmwares to enable support on new GPU.
GFX can be failed if it is wrong.
