I'm on an Acer Aspire F15 and the connection always drops after a few minutes until I manually reconnect.
I can solve it with this:
From /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA9377/hw1.0/ - delete firmware-6.bin - overwrite firmware-5.bin with https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/QCA9377/hw1.0/firmware-5.bin_WLAN.TF.1.0-00023-QCATFSWPZ-1
However, every time the firmware gets updated, I have to do this again.
Not sure if related, but dmesg keeps giving: ath10k_pci 0000:03:00.0: unsupported HTC service id: 1536
