Explaining why this should be synced: The release of Limba in Debian fixes the FTBFS Ubuntu is currently affected by.
Additionally the 0.5.6 release is a massive bugfix release for the venv-build module of Limba which would be very beneficial to have in an Ubuntu LTS release.
Limba has (AFAIK) no reverse dependencies in Ubuntu (Debian has a few), so syncing this should be very safe. There have been no API or ABI breaks in that release too.
