Thanks to help memeber of Likewise forum, was found workaround this bug:

I`ve set proper locale according to him advice in /usr/lib/likewise-open/init-base.sh (in my opinion, script that starting up lwsm)

LC_ALL=ru_UA.UTF8
LC_CTYPE=ru_UA.UTF8
export LC_ALL
export LC_CTYPE

 and now su & ssh with cyrillic names works!
