I suspect this might be happening due to bug 742528. If you are able to get your hands dirty with code, can you try editing

~/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/xxxxxxxx/extensions/%7Be2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103%7D/components/calDavCalendar.js

and attempt to add the lines that were removed in the patch for bug 742528.

Check if this solves the problem.
