lightdm takes too long to show up

I am running Ubuntu 16.04.4 with multiarch support. When I start the laptop it boots well till it reaches the lightdm screen. When the login text appears, screen goes black about 1.5-2 minutes then lightdm screen shows up. I have three users, I noticed that each user takes 25 seconds timeout to complete the process.

I found the two bugs below may be related to my bug report. Removing the accountsservice check of lightdm will fix the issue.

This bug is fixed, if it's not a regression, that fix doesn't work on the slow greeter problem.
