Could you please provide the output of the commands above? "systemctl status libvirtd.service" and "journalctl -xeu libvirtd.service".

I'm afraid there's not much else we can do without more details, so I am going to set this bug as Incomplete for now. Please set its status back to New once you provide the required info. Thanks.
