the easiest way is to add your user in config file as below

user = "$USER"
group = "$USER"
dynamic_ownership = 1
remember_owner = 1
swtpm_user = "swtpm"
swtpm_group = "swtpm"
" | sudo tee -a /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf
