/etc/libvirt/libvirt.conf disappeared from the build log at the place /etc/libvirt/libvirt-admin.conf but is still delivered as part of libvirt-clients. So remove that from the list above that should be reported to Debian.
On /etc/libvirt/libvirt-admin.conf itself is interesting that it seems never shipped with Debian, so it was lost when aligning with Debian again post Xenial.
In particular we can see that Xenial 1.3.1 [1] includes it in the package, but Debian 1.3.1 [2] does not.
