After a few checks and rewrites now there also is a merge proposal for uvtool [1]:

In general I'll assign the bug tasks of nova/uvtool to the receivers of the MPs as "for now" I can only wait in regard to those bug tasks.
Also ubuntu-virt fix is complete, removing assignee there.
