Thanks for the information. Sorry, I was misreading the message. The file which does not exist is not kvm-spice, but the libvirt profile.
Could you please reproduce the issue, then show both the xml file for the failing vm and show the result of "ls -l /etc/apparmor.d/libvirt/" on the compute node?
