Thanks for bringing this up here.

Actually, my thought was to enable CTL at LibreOffice's startup, if a relevant input method is set up, or even enable it while a user is using LibreOffice, if the user changes their keyboard layout settings. Changing it during installation can be problematic if the user sets their keyboard layout only after the installation.
