Alexander: with 4.1 sources updated 1 week ago (so must be quite equivalent to 4.1.3), I noticed the option "Print automatically inserted blank pages".
For me, it's unchecked by default.
- File/Print
- second tab "LibreOffice Writer"
- last check option in "Pages" category

Could you give a new try with last LO version + rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) + uncheck this option if needed?
