Peter Frühberger, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. This is reproducible in Ubuntu 10.10, LibreOffice Draw at the Terminal:

cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/689349/+attachment/1763870/+files/classnetwork.odg && lodraw -nologo classnetwork.odg

File -> Export as PDF -> Save button

Open in Adobe Reader and notice the dots. Open in Evince, no dots.
