After last upgrade settings was reset again and I Just solved in this way:
mv ~/snap/libreoffice/256/.config/libreoffice/4/user/ ~/snap/libreoffice/256/.config/libreoffice/4/user.orig

cp -av ~/snap/libreoffice/254/.config/libreoffice/4/user/ ~/snap/libreoffice/256/.config/libreoffice/4/
