As mentioned on IRC, accepting this upload with the workaround of building the armhf binaries with noopt - as this is the consensus reached in the desktop team. With all fairness, we have no official desktop armhf images or platforms that could consume libreoffice, so any performance degradation in actual usage is highly unlikely.
