Word 2007 document test case

When viewing a Word 2007 or 2010 document with a page header in Writer 3.6.2 on Ubuntu 12.10 Linux (64-bit), the text "[TYPE TEXT]" appears in the page header on pages 2 and later of the document. When I do a "print preview" of the document, the "[TYPE TEXT]" text appears in the page header, so I presume it would also be printed. I have not tried printing a document like this yet.

I expect Writer to display the document the same way Microsoft Word displays the document and NOT display the "[TYPE TEXT]" text.

Thanks for the reply. I experienced the problem using LibreOffice
Writer 4.2.3 on Windows XP. I can post a screen shot, if necessary.

Peace...

Tom
