Problem description:
When creating labels using Menu "File" -> "New" -> "Labels", writer will ignore settings for horizontal pitch. Instead, the label areas are placed without separating space between them. This will render the output unusable, since the label areas of the writer document don't fit the labels.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the label wizard using Menu "File" -> "New" -> "Labels";
2. Either select a predefined label layout that uses horizontal pitch, like "Avery Letter Size" -> "5167 Return Address", or create a custom label document and set a value for horizontal pitch greater than the label width. Optionally, add a value for vertical pitch to compare effects of both settings.
3. Hit "New Document". Optionally, activate display of Text Boundaries. This will show the grid of labels created by Writer.

Current behavior:
The label columns are placed side by side, without any space between them.

Expected behavior:
There should be a space between the label columns, depending on the horizontal pitch value. If the label width is set to 2cm (or inch or whatever), and the horizontal pitch is set to 2.5cm, there should be a 0.5 space between the label columns.
